Behavioral Health Strategy and Operations

Our President has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years and has led behavioral health operations ranging from a community mental health & medication clinic to a very large operation that included outpatient behavioral health services and hundreds of combined acute inpatient psychiatric and Detox beds. He was also responsible for placing thousands of patients a year from several hospital emergency departments to various care settings.

Dr. Boxill is a former fellow and faculty member at Harvard Medical School in addition to previously holding clinical appointments at two of the nation’s premier hospitals for the treatment of behavioral health conditions.

Bayland Global LLC was also tasked with leading the development of a

system wide Behavioral Health Strategy for a large multi-state multi-billion dollar health system with several hospitals, thousands of physicians and over 100 physician practices.

Bayland Global has experience integrating behavioral health and physical health in large systems across the country. Our founder was also the principle in a $1.8M grant to integrate behavioral health and physical health across 10 Emergency Departments in MA.
